Aparthotel Tropic Garden - Santa Eularia des Riu

What a disaster! No hot water for three days, can you believe that? And the food, mostly fried stuff with zero healthy options. I expected something complimentary for all the trouble, but i guess that was too much to ask. As if wearing a baseball cap on my 50th birthday wasn't humiliating enough! Absoluteley ridiculous.

The hotel was clean, the rooms need updating, beds are terrible, decent hotel for families with young children. Don't know how it is rated 4 star - 3 star at very best. Would not return , Gruphotel is a far better hotel

The property was fairly clean and fantastic. The room was modern, bed exceptionally comfortable. The location in various activities which they loved was great and fab. There was restaurant Cafe Sidney, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. The food in the refurbished restaurant was excellent. I didn't feel like leaving and will come back.

great facilities but needs more organization

The suite we stayed in offered a spacious layout and fine sea view. The staff were friendly. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's activities, especially the captivating shows with Woogi.

The only downside was the potential for chaos in the dining area during peak times.

The location was great, with Uttopia Resort nearby. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast.

Perfect for families!

Just spent a week here with my fam, and we loved every second! The kids had a blast with all the activities lined up, and the pool bar was fab with yummy burgers and chill drinks! Our suite was really spacious, great for hanging out after a long day. Only thing was the dining room got pretty busy, but it didn't ruin our vibe.

really enjoyed the family-friendly vibe at tropic garden great pools and awesome kids activities made it a hit for both kids and adults the food had a solid variety from breakfast buffets to good dinner options.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and staff were very pleasant. Felt our room was a little cramp for 3 adults and 1 child, but as we were only staying for 5 nights it wasnt a problem. Would of like a bigger room if staying longer.

We spent every day at the pool it was a great size and safe with poolside snack bar

We loved the spacious suite and the great location, perfect for our beach days. The pool area was also a hit with lots of activities tailored to everyone's interests. We visited beautiful local beaches and enjoyed evenings along the coast. I'd recommend exploring the hiking routes too!

One downside was the dining area. It got really busy during meals , made it a bit chaotic.

Very good, and perfect location for the the families with children !!!

Beds very uncomfy. Very noisy round the pool. A little bit further from the centre then originally expected

The lack of hot water for three consecutive days turned into a significant inconvenience, especially given the premium price paid for the suite. Coupled with a gym lacking in equipment and only light weights, the fitness facilities leave much to be desired. The breakfast service gets overcrowded, with long queues that detract from the overall experience. The policy of charging for previously complimentary items, like beach towels, feels out of place for a four-star hotel.

Food in the Hotel was cold every meal, although a microwave was available guests were not allowed to use it. We went out for several meals because of this which defeats the object of being all inclusive! We were given our drinks at the bar in plastic cups at 11pm, when we questioned this we were told all the glasses had been washed up for the day! Not something we expected from a 4 star hotel. We also wished to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi but were met with a padlocked door everytime. We will not be going back.
