what a disaster! no hot water for three days, can you believe that? and the food, mostly fried stuff with zero healthy options. i expected something complimentary for all the trouble, but i guess that was too much to ask. as if wearing a baseball cap on my 50th birthday wasn’t humiliating enough! absoluteley ridiculous.

great facilities but needs more organization
The suite we stayed in offered a spacious layout and stunning sea view. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed with thoughtful gestures like bubbly and sweets. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's activities, especially the captivating shows featuring Woogi.
The only downside was the potential for chaos in the dining area during peak times.

Perfect for families!
Just spent a week here with my fam, and we loved every second! The kids had a blast with all the activities lined up, and the pool bar was fab with yummy burgers and chill drinks! Our suite was really spacious, great for hanging out after a long day. Only thing was the dining room got pretty busy, but it didn't ruin our vibe.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! We loved the spacious suite and the great location, perfect for our beach days. The pool area was also a hit with lots of activities tailored to everyone's interests. We visited beautiful local beaches and enjoyed evenings along the coast. I'd recommend exploring the hiking routes too!
One downside was the dining area. it got really busy during meals which made it a bit chaotic.

missingWrote a review on 17 Augcharging inconveniences
The lack of hot water for three consecutive days turned into a significant inconvenience, especially given the premium price paid for the suite. Coupled with a gym lacking in equipment and only light weights, the fitness facilities leave much to be desired. the breakfast service gets overcrowded, with long queues that detract from the overall experience. The policy of charging for previously complimentary items, like beach towels, feels out of place for a four-star establishment.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief stop-in in Santa Eularia des Riu with exceptional value. The staff was accommodating. they provided us with late snacks when we arrived past dinner time, which was much appreciated. Be sure to take advantage of the ferry service to explore more of the island.

Recommend it for families with kids
We had a great time, the pool bar served fresh meals to order, and my kids loved the nightly mini disco, it was the highlight of their trip. Plus, the food at the restaurant was always plentiful, freshly cooked to perfection with various options.
It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay, but the atmosphere and activities made it acceptable.
